We had the best music in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Concert tickets were $10 to $20.

Why are people paying hundreds of dollars to watch an overrated pop artist now?

Tater Swuft’s Kindergarten Rock Tater Tots have loaded their Huggies. They paid a small fortune to watch her song and dance. Idiots.

I read that Swift wants to do an album based on the Grateful Dead album Workingman’s Dead. It’s considered one of the great rock albums in history.

I don’t know if she’s going to cover the songs from the album or write new songs in the same vein. Either one strikes me as preposterous. She tends to write songs about her boyfriends.

And unfortunately, those bands from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s expect to command the same ticket prices the idiots pay to see her. Good tickets that were ~$120 several years ago cost three or more times that much now. Pass.

I’m sure she has a song for that.

Probably 10 versions of it on different albums.

Bwahaha!

Teenage girls have bad tastes in music. Have you ever listened to pop country?

I noticed the old bands have raised their ticket prices. I’ll pass, too.

Reminds me of the phrase: “If you aren’t the lead sled dog, all you see is assholes.”

They are the ones who threw away their money on bubble-gum music. I don’t understand why they are complaining. Last year, I searched for her “top hit” to listen to in order to understand what the adulation was all about.

It took about 30 seconds to realize her music was not artistic creations but instead commercialized “bubble-gum” music created for the masses. She was simply the person chosen for the masses to follow. It could have been anyone.

Totally worthless. Give me some 70s music any day. Or let’s go back further and listen to the classical music of a century or more ago.

Fireworks, explosions, laser lights, moveable stages, costume changes, mediocre music, worse lyrics, autotune, exorbitant ticket prices. Taylor “P.T. Barnum” Swift. She amassed a fortune extorted from parents’ wallets by their starstruck daughters.

Oh, come now. That's only $885 for a seat where you can see it nearly as well as you can on the Telly.

I do remember grousing about spending $5 for a seat at a Jefferson Airplane concert back in the day. Odd that I don't remember the show...
