Walking worked well for me for a few years but now it back surgery next week.

No discs left in the lowest 3 vertebra now, getting them separated and fused.

I'm 61...I gave my back hell as a mechanic, it's been bad for years.

Get your back x-rayed.

Can you get disc replacement, instead? I know a coworker who is happy with his, and he has the flexibility, still.
