You may have responded, but you didn't offer a particular instance or example to support your claim about proxy wars having the tendency of turning into full-out war in neutral countries, so no, I wasn't interested in the non-response comment you left. In case you missed it, this was my original comment to you:

And, I did provide the answer to your original question, perhaps you're too old to have noticed it? I too have eyes problems, but perhaps not as bad as yours.
