I don’t know what you expect that Trump would say about J6. If they bring it up, he shouldn’t get into conspiracy theories.
All Trump has to say about J6 is that
1) The only felony the vast majority were charged with was misapplied and will probably be thrown out by the Supreme Court. Other than that, most were only charged with trespassing - a misdemeanor. A tiny minority did something violent.
2) Zero police officers were killed by Trump supporters. The fake news media says they killed five officers. One was erroneously reported to have been hit in the head (by an anonymous source in a NY Times story). He died of a stroke that evening after texting a friend. The other four deaths were suicides at various times.
He could make other points like the media and Democrats calling it an “insurrection” is ridiculous, but I think he should limit it to those two.
