Indian. Very critical of the Indian government too. Got to a point where the Indian Foreign Minister refused to meet with a group of Democratic lawmakers because she was invited at the last minute. Now a bit circumspect because the Government of India hinted that she may not get a visa to visit (her parents still live there) and has restricted her access to senior officials when she does visit.
