Restoring the ship in Philly means jobs, jobs, jobs. Trump doesn't have to mention the ship at Temple, but he can make a stop and use the ship as a backdrop to rip the Rats for not doing more to save the ship. The taxpayers payinig to dredge a berth at an abandoned pier and giving the ship a free berth is an investment in bringing jobs to the city for people. Once the ship gets in next to the pier, its not leaving any time soon. Philly has the unused space the ship needs, and its not productive at present. Keeping the ship in Philly is a no brainer.

Inner city blacks don’t care about that ship. They want to hear how Trump can help them get out from under the oppressive thumb of the Democrats.
They don’t care if the Dems did nothing to save the ship.
It would be counter-productive for him to visit that ship.
Trump must stay on message.
It’s called winning strategy.
