BTW, did you pay attention to the Friday Supreme Court ruling Friday that limited the power of prosecutors to pursue obstruction charges against those participating on January 6, 2021?
The issue being a law passed after the Enron scandal in 2001 to prevent people from obstructing an official proceeding. The Biden administration argued the counting of electoral votes in Congress had been interrupted.
The legal team for Trump will likely file motions based on this decision to get obstruction counts against President Trump dismissed!!!!
