Last time I checked, several people were killed by cyclists in Central Park during one summer (a couple of years ago). Fair and balanced!
A drunk driver is a risk you can’t void whether on two who’s or four - or on foot.
To make it worse, the perp hit the male bicyclist, stopped, and then proceeded to keep going and run him over again
Its difficult to say accurately, but the daylight in the video looks like late afternoon, which is probably when indeed people will go cycling. If you are drunk with a BAC of 0.15 by 5 PM and out driving, you’re an alcoholic.

The driver shouldn’t have been drunk driving but I have little sympathy for the elitist snob bicycle riders who make traffic hazards of themselves.
