Last appearance was 1946. I do not recall the event.

It’s unfathomably amazing.

“Fortunately, amateur astronomers can optimize their chances of glimpsing the fleeting light show by following several tips.
First, they should initially look toward the Northern Crown, a parabola-shaped constellation situated west of the Hercules constellation, Fox News reports.
They can then trace a straight line from the two brightest stars in the Northern Hemisphere — Arcturus and Vega — which will lead them to the Hercules constellation and the Corona Borealis, where the Blaze of glory will be most visible. It will look like a new star has appeared in the sky.”

I use this site to help me find stuff and it works well.
With the info that you provided, it shouldn’t be too difficult.

I'm not impressed. It will look no different than an ordinary star. Like the article says, this is a nova, not a supernova.
To: All
Also it’s not interstellar, it’s stellar.

Maximum brightness will be mag 2, and that will only be for about half a day. If you are on the wrong side of earth, you’ll miss the brightest period. It might remain visible to the naked eye for a few days depending on how dark your skies are, but it won’t be anything visually impressive.

but it won’t be anything visually impressive. Depends how you look at it.
The star will become visible to the unaided eye for the first time in a lifetime. After possibly just a few days of visibility and increased brightness, for millions the star will once again go dark and not be visible again for the rest of their lifetimes.
