No, I think the .0000316 is the fraction of the Atmosphere that is human caused CO2.
They must be breathing on the machine when they do their testing to make the CO2 level higher ,LOL
I screwed up and reversed two digits.
0.0000136 would be the decimal fraction.
Converting from % makes the number look smaller.
