No. They had multiple chances since 2016 and ALWAYS understood that driving out Trump is the END of their careers and that of the Republican Party...so they passed on it (even though they had wet dreams of doing such).
The best antidote to that strategy is for Trump to have a VP who is as MAGA as Trump is.

The GOPe has been a part of the DNC-controlled DC UniParty for years.
90% of them will try and prevent or remove Trump in 2024. They are only cutting their own throats down ticket at this point. I loath the GOP congress as much as I do the Democrats. The Democrats at least try to deliver to their base voters the Republicans get elected and then tell their voters to shut up and go to hell!
Trump will face just as much opposition from the Republican establishment as he does from the government and Democrats. I fully believe if he wins all parties above will JFK him and then the devolution into civil war or a Central or South American junta type government will be installed, with the intelligence thugs picking THEIR president.
