The blacks have been pushing for the end of the traditional family in the US so no surprise the kids that young are forming gangs to ensure their own survival. The last I heard about 70% of black kids are born into single family homes.
Many black children don’t even have a stable, consistent single-parent home, but are instead shuffled among various aunts, cousins, and grandparents.
