Literally nothing. Just an empty field with some dudes in it.

There is another guy on the ground wrapping up a parachute. Hard to say if he was talking to him or not. The weird thing is his slow, halting, confused movements and his unawareness that everyone else was clued in to watch and listen to the guy that just landed in front of them. Then the super slow-motion sunglasses to the face.

Looked like Biden was mumbling something but the dude paid no attention to him

Looked like he was trying to interact with the army guys, giving them a thumbs up and all, no telling if he was successful. They all looked focused on gathering their gear up as fast as possible and getting out of there.
