Don't know if it's true, but I can see how our smoke 'n mirrors medical regime would do this. If exposed, I suspect the FDA would just line up office space and hire black hats to 'staff' it and then indignantly complain about 'fake news'. If its true, what do they do with the funds?

FDA is a front organisation: There are no technicians in the buildings, no equipment and no sample testing occurs
