Thank you for the link. It’s going to take me awhile to get through the hour plus video … maybe later tonight. I’m shocked to see Judge Granville still on the bench. The lawlessness and incompetence is breathtaking.
Scratch cooking is the way to go. I make things like soups, beans etc in large quantities and freeze the extra in yogurt containers in the fridge for meals later on. Bake our own bread, 4 loaves at a time, freeze 3. Etc
