Cooked some crocodile fillets for the first time a couple of weeks ago and they were delicious . Expensive here in Japan as the meat is imported from Australia . Just like to try some exotic meat once in a while . Have ordered kangaroo , ostrich and camel from the same online shop before .
Kangaroo isn’t bad. Tastes like beef but given that I just stick with beef since its a lot easier to find and obtain.
