We bought a new Speed Queen two years ago and love it, replaced a 35 year old Kenmore that finally gave up the ghost. The Speed Queen has a deep fill cycle and runs just like a washer made in the 1970s.
Really not much to a washer, one would think that over the past 50 years they could iron the kinks out and make one that lasts 30 years no problem.
Yep- have heard lots of good about them- our next one will definitely be the speed queen-
