So if their OB Doc knew that Why would they go to an emergency center?
It sounds like they may have been very uninformed about how the miscarriage treatment process works. My DIL has had two miscarriages at 8 weeks (and two beautiful grandbabies). What the story describes is standard procedure. You can try the drug to induce passing the baby or you can schedule a D&C at a later date. It didn’t work on my DIL and they had to schedule D&C’s both times.
It’s unfortunate that this guy has chosen to politicize a difficult and sad situation and is doubling down even though he is very wrong.
