I googled: Magnesium Oxide gets rid of gray hair

Look up the plus and minus. You may need B12 or another Magnesium. I noticed the grey overall disappearing. Just a little bit of gray left at the temples.

I started using Magnesium Oxide hoping it would help with numbness from a Sciatica nerve issue. It did not but stretching exercises do.

There is a list of the different Magnesium:

It certainly doesn’t for me. I’ve been taking it for at least 20 years
And was gray as could be — that is, up until 4 years ago when I started taking quercetin for Covid. Now, am back to maybe 50% color again.

So little MG is absorbed from the oxide form it is hardly worth taking unless you are constipated! The other forms — I also take glycinate occasionally — are absorbed much better.
