I thought the rule was that bikes yield to pedestrians?
Is that a trail for cyclists only?

Actually in another video a news lady said cyclist have to yield to pedestrians so I would assume that would include a three year old that just sat down in the middle of the trail like three year olds tend to do.

The state Department of Natural Resources has rules for everyone to follow on trails in Michigan, including that cyclists must yield to pedestrians.
According to the article, it's a mixed use trail, with pedestrians having right of way. The cyclist was way out of line.
