Chase them all to the ends of the Earth. Extradite them back to stand trial in the USA, where they have spent years violating the laws and the civil rights of Americans.
They are the modern equivalent of the Nazi’s who fled Germany and were hunted across the globe.
You only have to flee if you are an outlaw. They KNOW they are ruthless outlaws. They were fully trained in the laws, constitution and civil rights they have violated.
