Making it even worse, the video was not released for a few days after the deposition was done. That allowed time for Republicans to gloat about what supposedly happened during the deposition. …. Then look like fools.
When the video came out, it showed that Clinton took several breaks for needing a soft drink. He gave very long rambling answers to unimportant questions. When the time came for the grand jury to ask him substantial questions, his attorney said that the agreed-upon time is over and the deposition ended.

I do not believe there’s any such drug. If there were it would be available to the millions of people suffering from dementia. Such people may have lucid periods, but that means they recognize their loved ones and have some memories. It does not mean that they can give a speech with vigor, even if reading from a teleprompter.
