The aggregate of all the videos would suggest Parkinson’s disease in its end state with Parkinson’s dementia. The drugs he is probably getting which are highly time sensitive would be Levo-carbi dopa (Sinemet) with likely a jolt of amphetamine salts as needed.
That’s my best guess.
He was on Levo-Carpidoba and I can tell you that Biden definitely has Parkinsons from what I have observed, living with it for years!!
