He didn’t violate any HIPPA law since he did not reveal the names of any patients.

They will put him through trials to bankrupt him even if they know they cannot convict him. That is one of the lawfare strategies.

I’m not a lawyer, but if this guy spent some time doing a bit of legal research, he could probably represent himself and do just fine.

The problem with hiring an attorney is that many attorneys will bleed you dry and then walk away when you run out of money.

That’s what happened to General Flynn. His attorneys knew no one had ever been convicted of the crime he was accused of because that statutes widely known to be unconstitutional. His attorneys were also buds with the prosecutors.

TX AG Paxton could prosecute the people at Texas Children’s for violating the laws against doing any cross gender treatments.
