He's an idiot. But the last time I checked it was not against the law to be an idiot. Unless we no longer have the freedom of speech?

They’re two parts, the original judgement could be argued was Unconstitutional, the Bankruptcy that is happening now is not and is following what the bankruptcy laws are, the same way people every day in American have to face up to.

It is constitutional. The 1A’s free speech guarantee protects you from government retaliation. It does not protect you from lawsuits brought by private individuals.

As for the Alex Jones case, I’m neutral. He said some horrible things about private individuals. Do those things rise to the level of the judgment that was awarded? Eh, probably not. But I really don’t know. So I’m neutral.

Jones was never found guilty by a jury. He was defaulted by judges after failing to produce disclosure on documents that the defense demanded that did not exist.

This template was applied to Trump in the E Jean Harridan case. I’m sure it is becoming a new staple strategy in Leftist Lawfare.
