Sarcastic points, but so was yours. Judges have become the last defense of the Deep State.

However, in this case I'm not sure what the 9th circuit is up to. It's not like them to open up something as controversial as this is likely to get.

I would have expected the 9th to support the government-vaccine complex and declare the injections to be vaccines.
