The juror not only discussed the case outside the courtroom, but EVERY juror potentially broke their oath and committed perjury by discussing the case amongst themselves before deliberations.

I’ve done jury duty in New State Supreme Court. Unless things have changed, jurors were always instructed not to discuss the case. Not to others outside court and not amongst themselves except when deliberating.

That would seem to be the case, since the female juror supposedly told her cousin that Trump WOULD be convicted. If that’s true, she must have discussed it with the other jurors before deliberations.

But let’s face it. Nothing will come of this. :-(
