I have a family member who has battled weight issues since she was a child. This woman is extremely smart, very talented, incredibly hard working, and has a wicked sense of humor.
She is often misjudged because of her weight.
Book does not always equate to cover.
You are correct about the damage to her long term health. That much weight will have a negative impact.
