That’s the middle of the afternoon, not the middle of the night.

Unless your point is that it’s never a good time to be on a NYC subway. Or in NYC anywhere, for that matter. In which case I would agree.

Exactly. The system still isn’t as bad as just about every other city with a train, but only in the lower half of Manhattan, and only during the day. The Bronx, at any time, is playing with fire.
