The 3rd Reich borrowed heavily to finance their massive public spending. The Germans started World War II with a debt of 40 billion Reichsmarks - against a GDP of just over 30 billion Reichsmarks.

To pay for it all they needed to WIN IT ALL and then TAKE IT ALL. And then, eventually, think of further expansion.

They confiscated and looted Jew's businesses, assets and money. They looted anything of value in the occupied Europe. In the Ukraine they even looted the blacktop (top soil) and took it back to the Reich by the train car full. They took the slave laborers (Ostarbeiter) from the Eastern and Central Europe also by the train car full.

Why did the "NS Paradise" need looting and slave labor to sustain itself? Why could they stay within the confines of the Reich following the Anschluss and just build their "NS Paradise" for the whole world to see?

They were a predatory regime in need of constant expansion and taking new lands and people.
