There is a manual , in fact it’s a manual for everything in life. It’s called the Holy Bible and every word of it is from our creator, who created this wonderful body of ours, and who knows how to keep it healthy and happy.
Agreed. And I live by it (with some imperfections), including when I was divorced a couple of decades ago in the position that Cold_Red_Steel was. During the years that I fought for custody (and eventually won, even though I'm a man, thank you Jesus!), I used my free time to volunteer more in church. There were lots of divorced women my age watching me, expecting me to play the field when I got divorced and became a "free man". As soon as they realized that I didn't act like that even after the divorce, they all wanted me for themselves. LOL I asked them what was up with that? They told me to look around at church and count the single men and single women and especially count the men vs women in terms of being Christian enough to live it like they mean it.
I realized then and I see it now (having since remarried many moons ago), that the men who aren't Christian in Name Only, but are truly into Christ, have a lot of like-minded women to choose from because the single Christian women outnumber the single Christian men.
You are exactly right...Thats what I was rhetorically asking but I had left off the /s after my comment...
