Have you tried ‘fingerling’ potatoes? Purple, red, and white. Most grocery stores carry them now - usually as a medley of potatoes but they’re wonderful. Thanks for the information Veto
That’s what my Safeway has. But they are not organic. Environmental Working Group yarded fruits and veggies for pesticides. Potatoes have pesticides, therefore I only eat organic.
