Sure there is.
Lose the (say) 65 pounds of fat through caloric restriction. Exercise. The liver is one of the few human organs that can actually regenerate, and repair itself, at least up to a certain point. Weight loss shows dramatic improvement in fatty liver disease.

I’ve become so jaded that the first thought I have about this study (and others like it) is that it was paid for by the pomegranate lobby.
I didn’t use to be this way, but I find it harder to trust anyone and anything lately especially when it comes to, “science” after all the damage done by Dr. “I am the Science” evil little dwarf.
