Read the article... witnesses say the officer wasn’t struck by Scottie and his injuries had nothing to do with Scottie.
Scottie had the right to be there... cop threw a fit, fell down, and committed a false arrest.
Scottie would have raked in 8 figures for a wrongful arrest.
Don’t bother.....some haven’t the capacity to admit they’re wrong and don’t know what they’re talking about......it’s a character flaw really.
