Greta Van Susteren shows Merchan's charge to the jury is wrong.

Judge has already stated that the jury only has o agree on Guilty on one particular charge. They can disagree on everything else. It may be contrary to law and Constitution but so is a whole lot else about this trial and this DOJ.
