You guys should read job listings from The Philippines, they state the age range, education, sex, and other traits that their desired employee much have.

My mother in law brought over hundreds of nurses from there and I was able to look at the resumes, and it’s kind of nuts.
Each one had a head shot, like an actor, on the resume.

It's crazy when people talk about how "racist" the US is. Clearly, they've never set foot outside the United States.
