Hey, sorry I haven’t posted to/with you in a bit. Life gets complicated at times. Or at least busy.
Anyway, sounds like you’ve gotten through some significant surgery. Shoulder? Any PT coming, or is that down the road. One thing I learned when I had my rotator cuff surgery, is that you DO have to follow the PT as instructed.
Glad that you got through it and are on the mend. It’s a long (and winding) road, but each day, a little better.
