I believe the Dems are willing to blow it ALL out the hatches because if they don't, they 'hang from nooses.' If the Deep Staters posture and prance and win - then they are 'covered' no matter what they said or say next. Or, they lose and these statements mean nothing compared with their treasonous attack on America they have been enacting over and over again.
I suppose people like Judge Merchan and his daughter have been told - say whatever you have to say, lie at will, beccause you will hang, and we will hang along with, you if you don't 'lie like the wind.' If the DNC expects to be in power in Jan, they sure are acting weird right now.

ransomnote: I agree, but I think we interpret his purpose differently. The public has to know the extent to which the Deep Staters have departed from the Constitution (treason). It's not just NY law, and not just politics, instead the kangaroo court violates the Constitution. His words signal, 'No need for soft arguments, they have committed blatant treason.'
Bob Ireland: The Republicans could shut down Congress for a day in protest; lawyers and judges could shut down the legal system for a day to protest; small businesses could shut down for a day in protest. None of that is happening... NOTHING is happening.
ransomnote: I believe the stuff that's happening is not what gets air time on Cnn, NBC etc. Stuff that's happening is on the MSM's 'blackout' list. Many on both sides of the aisle are 'controlled so I haven't been expecting the minority of the Republicans who are patriots to move mountains. They play a key role - they speak for the pubic and the pubic watches how their true representatives are treated, but they are at present too few to prevail.
I suspect those lawyers and judges who 'shut down the legal system for a day' would no longer be employed by it within 4 hours of enacting their freeze. They would be falsely charged with insurrection (Q Shaman would be photoshopped into press pictures) - overthrow of the Constitution, court, justice, democracy etc. With their de-barring, or arrest/removal, the court would have even fewer honest lawyers, judges left.
Bob Ireland: The Dems see clearly that they can get away with discarding the Constitution completely and escape consequences. They got away with it with Jan 06; they got away with it when they denied our right for a Senate trial for Alejandro Mayorkas - a world class liar and criminal; they got away with it with Anthony Fauci; they got away with it when they passed a law that it is a crime to demonstrate against abortion - and have prosecuted dear innocent family members and thrown them in prison.
ransomnote:That's a key area of our disagreement in world views. I see them panicking because it's not over yet. They haven't permanently escaped Justice; Justice has been delayed for strategic purposes. Those delays are brutal (i.e., Jan 6ers in the gulag etc.) but vital for stratetic success. So I see Dems in fight/flight modes of panic, and you see them confident.
I see delays I find frustrating, but it's CERTAINLY not over yet. The White Hats are working to 'Save the Baby' and they are winning. In fact, the good stuff is finally unrolling.

ransomnote: I saw frightened chickens waving Ukrainian flags in Congress, like a hummingbirds flapping their tiny wings, when the spending bill was approved. While they pretended they were saving the Ukraine, most of the money in that bill stayed in the us (i.e., they were saving themselves): basically the $10 mill paid in US contractors' expenses and Ukrainian government salaries, pensions, and to buy obsolete military 'assets' for the Ukraine. The dems cheered 'freedom' to hide their desperation with their false portrayal of benevolence. They need money any way they can get it, and they just received a little of it.
Bob Ireland: Until I see different, I agree with Trump's press secretary. As for elections. someone prove to me that a tyranny has ever been overturned by popular vote👈 Tyrants don't allow contrary popular elections.

This is why Q once said, "the military is the only way." Fallen civilian courts owned by our enemies will not spontaneously revert to fair elections. Military tribunals and controls are now 'in season' for Summer.
Within the first 3 days in Q dropping (2017), Q said the quiet part out loud. Only the Military can prosecute bad actors once agencies/judges (DOJ) are corrupt.

We need to support those efforts by making it clear with our own actions/posts that this is not a military overthrow. It would be so easy for them to frame us, as they frame Trump and J6-ers. for treason.

ransomnote: Brave, legitimate patriot heros, including Trump, did stand up and protest on Jan 6 - they weren't whining. Most of the protesters are still abused in jail. Biden wants us to protest so he can call it another violent threat to democracy and strip us of the right to assembly, free speech, 2nd amendment by claiming MAGA is laboring to overthrow the country.
