Here is a possible timeline for the appeal process:
If Trump is found guilty, his defense team will likely file a notice of appeal within a few days or weeks.
The appeal will be reviewed by the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court, which may take several months to review the case.
If the Appellate Division affirms the verdict, Trump’s defense team may file a petition for leave to appeal to the New York Court of Appeals, which could take several more months.
If the New York Court of Appeals grants leave to appeal, the case will be heard by the Court of Appeals, which could take several months to a year or more to render a decision.
If the Court of Appeals affirms the verdict, Trump’s defense team may file a petition for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court, which could take several months to a year or more to be heard.
Overall, the appeal process can take several years, and it is difficult to predict with certainty how long it will take for Trump to appeal Judge Merchan’s verdict.

Does not look good.
Although, from the looks of things when Trump wins in November he pardons himself and is out of jail or house arrest or whatever this idiot judge sentences him to.
A president can only pardon federal crimes, not state "crimes". It would take the New York governor to do that.
