This week ConocoPhillips announced they were merging with Marathon in the gas & oil sector, yet not a peep about Anti-trust implications even though we have antitrust laws on the book. The refusal to enforce antitrust laws has created the behemoth corporate fascism we are seeing today, thanks to politicians like DeSantis and the RPOF being owned by the Wall Street globalist parasites.
Boeing is another example of Wall Street henchmen running a company into the ground. From 1998 to 2018 Boeing spent $61 billion in stock buybacks. 81.8% of their profit during this period spent on stock buybacks, not R&D nor product development. Basically milking the company dry. This is done thanks to a Reagan era loophole that allows this to be done on the open market. If this money had been spent on R&D and product development instead of ‘self-enrichment’ by Wall Street, many of the companies that left the US would still be here IMO.
The crooks behind the stock buybacks and mergers and acquisitions that are truly antitrust violations are the ones backing DeSantis and the RPOF RINOS in Florida and many other states.
