The assertion was implied. By deliberately being vague about who the Khazarians are and what proof there is that they practice satanism, “still” drink the blood of children, etc. they’re inviting people to draw unproven and/or false conclusions. Those who accept the Khazarian hypothesis, uncritically without proof, are more inclined to draw false conclusions and many influencers in the “truth” movement have done just that over the past few years.
