I’ve been thinking about Ivan Raiklin. Somehow it doesn’t add up about the Sheriffs deputizing citizens. As far as I know Sheriffs’ authority is for their own county. Let me take a look. I’ll have to read these later, I have to do some stuff now.

There’s something “off” about Raiklin. What it is, I can’t put a finger on. Hopefully I’m making an honest mistake, and he won’t turn out to be another Derek Johnson, Scott McKay, or Jan Halper-Hayes.
