From my own high stool it seems the Black Sea fleet is a real soft spot. They can’t hide. They can’t even maneuver very much. And the Ukes have already taken out somewhere around a quarter of it.
If Blinken is involved it’s pretty hard to see any thoughtful strategy being formed. At best the Beltway Bunch is reacting day-to-day to save their buttz from the coming train.
