I was reminded of this during NYC trial because, recall, it was RAT COHEN who was accused by Steele of ties to “Russia” and it turned out it was another person from New York named “COHN” as I recall. That was a place where the Ohr <-> Steele comms broke down and I’ve always believed she told him the name pronounced as “CONE” or it could have been the other way around - in any event, I’ve always suspected that “mistake” in their assembling the false “Dossier” was a verbal transcription failure - meaning they were *speaking* and most likely via the ham radio.
