I was always suspicious that Nellie Ohr was the writer of the Dossier. She is the only one in the whole cabal that actually has writing skills. That was/is her job in the CeeeyeA. And they have a heckuva library. I remember early on it being pointed out that the Dossier had a lot of similarity to an old spy novel. The whole bleeping bunch, Strozyk, Page, etc., couldn’t write more than a sentence or two without confessing to a crime.
