I don't know much of anything about it. Whatever it takes! SCOTUS MUST step in to save the Republic. (The GOP isn't likely to do so. 😒) If they decline, especially due to fear, then the Republic is in mortal peril❗
They could at least put a 'Stay' on the proceedings until following the election. That would at least discourage Judge Marchan from considering the death penalty.😬
