Intentionally... in order to be guilty of a class E felony, the felony would have to be identified. To my knowledge and from what I hear, NO felony has been named. The instant the felony is named the conviction falls apart.
This lawfare is really a smarmy way to corrupt our society and cover up the obvious overthrow of Constitutional order.
Someone like the GOP National Committee or the GOP Congressional Committee, perhaps some prestigious national or state legal group, should file a legal petition with SCOTUS to intervene in this case 'for the good of the Republic' - to somehow negate using ambiguous lawfare as a weapon to bypass the normal political electoral process. This abusive practice negates elections and concentrates power with various existing govt organs; Georgia and Arizona are prime examples of faux Republican administrations negating the normal Constitutional order. Kari Lake admits that her popular campaign for Senate hasn't much chance if 'things' don't change. Georgia's Republican Sec State Raffensperger is already found playing electoral tricks.
So far I have not heard of any such movement towards SCOTUS. Is it fear of police state retribution? Or is it broad political embracing of converting to a globalist connected autocracy - which a figure like Donald Trump stands in direct opposition as an extremely popular national populist political candidate?
