Totalitarian states need folks that will kill on command had have no sense of remorse. Why not go with a more modern example like the hit squad that murdered Bryan Malinowski.
And let’s not forget the FBI agent that shot a boy scout in the face in a road incident a couple of decades ago. Joseph Schultz was the victim in the 2002 incident in Maryland. Cops there did their usual trick of shouting conflicting orders so the one that wasn’t fully obeyed could shoot his victim. The shooter for the FBI crime family was named “Braga”.
Fair enough, but my frame of reference goes back to that point because I remember it when it happened.
