The report came out shortly after St. Floyd's death. It raised a concerted outcry from the MSM and quickly disappeared.
At the time this initial autopsy was reported, I was impressed enough to make a copy. I was further impressed
that later, murder charges were brought for the death of a drug overdosed criminal.
Remember all the video/audio of George saying, "I can't breath," while he was in the patrol car and then standing beside it?
The reason for this was that he was suffocating from the fluid retention in his lungs, i.e, he was drowning.
He could talk, and ask to be placed on the ground, because he was still inspiring air, but his lungs couldn't access the oxygen.
Therefore, when Chauvin and company were escorting George to the patrol car, Floyd was a dead man walking.
