Well I genuinely agree but that’s the RSV I used there
I often go with ESV there because it also says ‘Peace and Security’
Where I show it to people I tell them the KJV says “they” meaning the unbeliever
All translations say peace and security (or safety - same thing)
ONLY the NLT and the RSV excludes the word “they”, completely changing the meaning of the passage.
